Noël Dalton is a makeup artist by trade, but a creative and jack-of-all-trades by heart. After opening the first makeup studio in her home town of Albuquerque, New Mexico at just 21; her career as a professional makeup artist has spanned nearly two decades and has continued to grown in every direction imaginable.

She has worked with celebrity clients, trained staff for Chanel, Sephora, Ulta, Target, and more, traveled the USA working with internationally published photographers, established over 7 businesses including a boutique, hair and makeup studios, and collaborated with countless creatives. On top of all of these achievements, Noël also built a thriving business as a bridal hair and makeup artist, working with hundreds of parties over the years.

She possesses a deep love and passion for makeup artistry, makeup education, art, crafting, photography, design, and entrepreneurial pursuits, She is a proud mother of 2 beautiful babies and the owner of the only makeup school in New Mexico; Southwest Makeup Institute where she shares her knowledge and skills with aspiring makeup artists. Her other businesses include a luxury elopement company; Rebel WED.

After almost 20 years as a professional makeup artist, photographer, and PRO trainer, she continues to be passionate and excited to jump in and make art on a moment’s notice. Growing the makeup artist community in her hometown of Albuquerque, New Mexico, and training the best professionals for the IATSE Local 480 film union is a passion and top priority.

She strives to create conscious, memorable, magical experiences for all of her clients and collaborators.
